  • We use the United Postal Service.
  • Please note that we only ship Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday to ensure freshness of product. We avoid the risk of our product sitting in the post office over the weekend. If you need special service – Please call with any questions and or concerns.
  • 2 day shipping is our goal– Some remote areas will only allow 3 days shipping. The cost is the same & if this is the case with your order, we will only ship on a Monday or Tuesday. This is a rare occurrence, but you are welcome to call us if you have questions.

Most candies are fine and will not melt in transit

Some types of candy can melt, including chocolate, caramels, marshmallows, caramel apples and gelatin-based gummies. We can’t guarantee these heat-sensitive candies will arrive in perfect shape – but we will do our best to insure they do – including adding ice packs.

You can do your part by choosing an expedited shipping option. The 2-day option is suggested when temperatures are under 85 degrees. Overnight shipping would be advised if temperatures are over 85 degrees

Also: Be home for delivery! Choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the package so it doesn’t sit outside in the heat.

Tip: If the box feels warm, open immediately to expose your sweets to cooler indoor air. If chocolate has softened at all, give it a chance to firm up again before handling further.

Please note: Shipping may be delayed to protect your sweets. If necessary, we’ll hold your order in our temperature-controlled warehouse to avoid additional transit time over the weekend. If you need your order delivered by a specific date, please add a note at checkout or contact us so we can ensure your order arrives in time.
